Dollard New York Style Pizza has been created by our team of expert and passionate pizza chefs, who pride themselves on using the best quality ingredients to create the most delicious pizza around.
Our dough is made with stone ground flour from Ballyminane Mills in Wexford, the very last water powered mill in Ireland. This stone ground flour is packed full of vitamins and minerals and along with our 72-hour maturation process, which makes our dough more digestible, we’ve got the tastiest pizza base in town.
We support local producers such as Knockanore Farm House who provide the best in Irish Cheddar Cheese, Organic Gouda from Mossfield Farm and Cashel Blue from Cashel Farm House. We make our very own Italian Sausage in-house daily using only the finest cuts of premium Irish pork, seasoned with chef selected herbs and earthy spices. Our vegetables are hand-picked each day and our delicious pizza sauce is made from scratch, using the juiciest and freshest of tomatoes.
Finished in our wood fired pizza oven, it’s the perfect combination of crispy, chewy crusts and authentic bold flavours.
